How our session will flow:

In person, we'll start our time together with a sacred tea ceremony, creating a cozy space to connect, set intentions, and prepare to dive into the session. Then, I'll channel the energy through light touch or hovering hands, bringing balance to your body and energy field.

Throughout the session, you may feel deeply relaxed, peaceful, or even experience physical sensations like warmth or tingling. Reiki gently works through areas of tension or specific concerns you may have, allowing space for healing to unfold naturally.

After the session, you might feel rejuvenated, energetic, or deeply relaxed-there's no right way to feel, so it's important to honor how your body responds and take time to integrate the healing energy.
