Hem Collective ~ Interior Design Consultation for 1 room

The winner will receive one interior design consultation for one room. 

Interior consultations are for clients who intend to execute a project on their own but need a little help pulling together a cohesive design.

We provide help with paint and key finish selections and the overall design concept, bringing a professional design eye to your project.

The final design package also functions as a bid set. This allows you to procure estimates from contractors and provide a vision for them to execute.

Interior Consultation Includes:

• on-site initial consultation and site documentation
• virtual design meeting with presentation of concept board and approval of layout
• virtual design meeting with presentation of final design package
• one round of revisions

Final Design Package Includes:

•  floorplan showing the location of casework, furniture, appliances, etc.
• mood board with links showing products, fixtures, finishes, etc. recommended
• 3D mockup(s) as needed to communicate design intent
