In our sessions, we begin with a tranquil tea ceremony to set intentions. During the Reiki session, I employ light touch or hands hovering over the body to channel healing energy. You'll experience deep relaxation as the energy rebalances your system, possibly feeling warmth, tingling, or profound peace. I tailor the session to address your specific concerns or areas of tension, aiming for rejuvenation and inner peace. Remember to honor your body's response and allow time for integration post-session. My priority is to provide a supportive environment for your Reiki journey. I am looking forward to guiding you through this healing experience.
