About Us
Barre3 is a full-body balanced workout combining strength conditioning, cardio, and mindfulness that will leave you feeling balanced in body and empowered from within.
What To Expect: No experience required—our workout is designed for every fitness level, from beginner to expert. Our instructors offer modifications throughout class, allowing you to work in a way that’s both challenging and feels amazing in your body.
What To Wear Wear: comfortable clothes you can move freely in. Most clients go barefoot, but some prefer wearing grip socks.
What To Bring: Bring a water bottle to keep you hydrated. We’ll provide mats and any necessary props.
When to Arrive: Reservations are recommended. We encourage new clients to arrive 15 minutes early to allow time to meet your instructor, get a tour of the space, and ask any questions you may have.
