Gourmet Pizza and Wine for 8!
Pizza and wine pairing?
Why not?!
This isnโt your ordinary pizza party. Be prepared to start with flatbread appetizer pizzas like Cranberry Brie with Rosemary and/or roasted mushroom with thyme. This course will be paired with a Prosecco wine.
Then onto main course pizzas, prepared on Patโs secret recipe home made pizza crusts and cooked on a 500 degree Pizza Steele to ensure a crispy, yet chewy crust. A variety of gourmet pizzas like garlic chicken, prosciutto and pear or meat lovers, are a few examples. Another wine will be chosen to pair with the pizzas.
We will end with dessert pizzas - flourless chocolate torte and caramelized apple pizza with a finishing wine like a port or heavy red.
