Silver Oak Alexander Valley 2009

Our 2009 Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon has an opaque red hue. Aromatically, it is dominated by non-fruit characters like graphite, tobacco, and violets. It is still a structured and tight, brooding wine, with strong tannins. It has a huge upside as it finishes with great persistence and depth. Given proper cellaring, this wine should improve through 2035. Composition: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon
