At The Sweat Barre you can expect 55-minutes of total body strengthening, toning, sculpting in the pilates equipment, barre, springboard/mat, and jump-board classes. The Sweat Barre classes are based on the classical pilates principles as well as cardio elements found in other elements.
The Sweat Barre's private sessions are for those who are looking for an individualized and customized pilates or barre session to prepare for the group class workouts.

All small items will be sent home with Spady student unless pick up is arranged separately. For larger merchandise items, pick up will be available beginning the week of April 23rd. Shipping on all items is available for an additional cost.
