Great White Sharks are known to frequent the cold and turbulent waters north of San Francisco along the Sonoma Coast. In this region, vineyards fight fog, mist and cooler summer temperatures. These factors allow acidity to be preserved in the grapes creating a sought-after structure in the wine and maybe just a little bit of bite. When it comes to choosing an alpha predator for Juggernaut’s Chardonnay, there was no better fit for our "great white."
