Be ready to be whisked away on a beautiful scenic 1 hour 50 minute flight across Baja to a legendary lagoon on the Pacific coast that is spoken of in hushed whispers, where gray whales finish a 5000 mile migration from BC and Alaska to mate and calve. Many of these gray whales are uniquely curious and interactive and can seek out unbelievably close-up and intimate encounters with humans. The mamas will even push their calves against our “pangas” for a 30 minute interaction or longer. This is San Ignacio Lagoon with the highest concentration of sociable whales and the only one still untouched by human development. The whale interactions are extraordinary and the features of our glamping and luxury camp in the desert on the edge of the ocean make for the perfect experience.
Departs from Cabo 07:00am January 24, 2025 for 3 nights / 4 days. We request that you check-in at SeeCreatures Cabo on January 23, 2025 or call our concierges to make alternate arrangements. Be sure to pre-book your complimentary space available 9:30 am photo and video workshop and or afternoon humpback whale watching adventure in the days before your departure for camp.
SeeCreatures will be open at 06:30am on departure day with coffee and pastries with your coach departing at 7 am for the FBO executive terminal at SJD and your private flight to our airstrip at San Ignacio Lagoon. There will be a boxed breakfast onboard the aircraft and staff waiting for you when you land with trays of welcoming champagne. We highly recommend reviewing your know before you go package for more tips and hints and advice on how to get the most out of your adventure with us.
Your return flight from camp on January 27, 2025 should land by 1 pm latest. Please do not book same day airline connections with a departure time prior to 2:30 pm. Transfers to the main terminal, SeeCreatures Cabo or our contract hotels are included with your package.
