The flat is in a mid-nineteenth-century townhouse a minute's walk from Primrose Hill Village and the Chalk Farm Tube station. It consists of a large living room, a large double bedroom, a long, fully modernized galley kitchen, a newly modernized bathroom, and a large rear garden.
