AMERICAN FLAG TO BE FLOWN OVER THE CAPITAL

Congressman Daniel Webster has donated an American Flag that will be flown over the United States Capital. The Winning Bidder may pick the date and/or occasion that the Flag will be Flown On between April 2019 through December 31, 2019, and then the Flag will be given to the Winner with an Official Certificate. The Capitol Flag Program, which began in 1937, allows a member of Congress to request a flag be flown over the Capitol on behalf of a constituent. The flag is then given to the constituent. With advance notice, a flag can be flown on a specific date to commemorate a birthday, retirement, anniversary, or other special occasion. Each flag comes with a certificate of authenticity that can be personalized to reflect the occasion.
