Nichols Lane Cottage is a restful and homey retreat.  This bright, recently updated home sleeps 4 to 7 people with 1 Queen sized bed, three single beds, and a pullout sofa sleeper combo that accommodates two.  The bathroom has recently been completely redone. It has a Jetta tub/shower, charming white tile with a gray vein and IKEA vanity and mirrored cabinet.

The cottage is located on a quiet cul-de-sac, four blocks from downtown Moab.  This home offers beautiful hardwood floors, a comfortable open floorplan with roomy entry, living room, dining room area leas to an outdoor deck with barbeque and lovely summer gardens.  It is ideal for families or groups of friends traveling together and will feel like a home away from home!

Other amenities include Wi-Fi, a covered carport, and a huge backyard with shade trees and gardens.  Smart TV and washer and dryer included.
