Mountain Fitness Center is a locally owned full service fitness facility located in the Sea to Sky Business Park. Opened in 2015, our goal has always been making fitness an important and enjoyable part of people’s routines. We provide daily fitness classes, small group training programs, personal training, athletic therapy, and more. As one of Squamish’s largest gyms, we offer a wide variety of exercise equipment, olympic lifting platforms, a dedicated cardio equipment floor, two large studio spaces, and a unique functional fitness training area.
