About Erin: For over 20 years I have offered leadership, coaching and mental health and wellness services in Canada, the US, UK and Ireland. I am certified in a number of specialist areas and my expertise includes HR, leadership development, facilitation and training.   Based on personal experiences with mental health crises I have also spent the last 20 years sharing all that I've learned to help others and to advocate for mental health awareness. Volunteering in the community is also a top priority for me to help in this vital industry. As a meditator for over two decades and a meditation teacher for many years, I know the value of expanding your wellness and accessing your best every day.Here's to your evolution.
