This certificate expires 12 months after the auction purchase date. You can book a maximum of 4 months in advance of the arrival date (with no blackout dates, as long as there is availability at the resort) and you must have the certificate when checking in at the resort. 

The winner will be responsible for picking up the prize at The Foundation's office in Tahoe City or coordinating with The Foundation to arrange for shipping at cost.
