With an estimated value of $6200, this certificate includes everything necessary, throughout entire treatment, for one lucky patient to receive their best smile: all x-rays and photos, any necessary appliances, upper and lower metal braces, one set of clear Essix retainers (upper and lower), all appointments (initial to removal of braces), and retainer monitoring for 12 months following removal of braces.
