I believe I have strong training, onboarding, and ongoing training capabilities to enhance even tenured AEs, PCs, and researchers. I can teach rookies to tenured teams and coach on how to effectively work with a research team to maximize results

ABOUT JULI SANTIAGO

Julie is a MBA, CSAM certified Manager with over 13 years of experience. 11 time Pacesetter – will make the 12^th out of 13 this year. Lifetime billings of nearly 10million, and current year to date billings of almost 900k. Currently leading two teams - one that is comprised of 2 CSPC’s and a researcher, the other is 2 Rookie AE’s and the researcher who toggles between our two desks that I run as the billing manager. I believe in relationship building, repeat business, and following the metrics intensively to ensure we always make tomorrow better than today. I do all of the initial onboarding and training at Search Max and have worked for Adam since September 2007, and became a CSAM in 2009. I am an extremely passionate coach who loves what I do. I have one little boy who is 6 and is the light of my life. Everything I do is for him!
