ABOUT JENNIFER MEYER

Jen started in the business in 1996 as a PC for a year, an AE for 2 years and ultimately a Billing Manager for SC Shaker Heights.  In 2002, she opened her own franchise, where she continued work a desk while leading the people around her.  Jen has a career cash in of over $11M and has been recognized as one of the most continuously successful professionals in our network. Jen built her career driving revenue by building value added relationships with clients and candidates. She thrives on the tactical and strategy to drive the individual/professional growth of her team.  Although Jen was in Cleveland for almost 20 years, she had the opportunity to join Govig & Associates almost 5 years ago as the Senior VP/GM and come back home to the desert!  She enjoys hiking and boxing which highlight her competitive nature. Jen embraces philanthropy, giving back to her community whenever possible.

Although Jen does have a degree in Leisure + Recreation, when it comes to the business she is no-nonsense.  She has successfully completed projects ranging from high-speed and high-volume assignments to extremely confidential "C" level positions for major clients.  Her approach is not simply to identify qualified candidates for her clients, but to guide the process so that our clients will be successful in hiring the candidates they choose which leads to over 85% of the business they do is with key accounts and repeat clients.
