ABOUT ERICA SCOTT

I start each day with gratitude, yoga and a mission to pair highly talented individuals in the Medical Device and Pharmaceutical industries with top companies that are providing cutting edge solutions and revolutionizing patient care.

As a Project Manager at MRSLC Search, my role focuses mainly on the candidates.   I utilize the relationships that I have built over 15+ years, as well as a variety of networking techniques, to access the thousands of passive A players working in my industry.   My goal is to find the right fit for our clients’ critical staffing needs across the Sales, Marketing and Clinical Education spectrums. 

Throughout my time with MRSLC and the MRINetwork, I have consistently ranked at the top among my MRINetwork peers. I have been recognized as a top 5 performer in my Northeast Region multiple times.  I have also ranked as a top 10 Project Manager Internationally and received 8 MRINetwork Pacesetter Awards. In addition to all of that, I am a CSAM (Certified Senior Account Manager), which I achieved in 2010.

Prior to recruiting, I was just getting my start in Sales and Account Management.  I tried the Media, Printing/Bulk Mailing and the Window Fashion Industries but my family recruiting business called my name and the rest is history!

I am an alumnus of Oswego State University (Class of 2002), where I graduated Magna Cum Laude and was an inductee and member of the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society.

When I am not “catching top talent,” I am busy being mom to a spirited little boy, a partner to a farmer/policeman, and a lover of the beautiful lake and farmland that we are so blessed to live on.  My happy place is in nature, whether it is exercising, on an ATV or boat, playing with my family or working in the garden – you will surely see me smiling!
