Danish Hygge Still-Life Art Class for Adults
This two hour art lesson is offered to the teachers and parents of McKinley.
The lesson will be based on the Danish concept of Hygge, which is the feeling of comfort and joy. Participants can either use the provided images to create a still life using comforting objects or they can gather their own objects to create a personal still life. This lesson focuses on drawing observation using overlapping to create a sense of space. Adding bright, punchy folk art designs tops off the lesson and ties together all of the elements beautifully.
All materials, drinks and light snacks will be provided.
