Chef Nick Reisini is a graduate of the French Culinary Institute and former Executive Chef at Dopo La Spiaggia in East Hampton. He is now a private chef, caterer and entrepreneur, starting Hampton Meal Prep in 2018, and co-founding Honest Plate in 2020, a meal delivery service delivering to the tri-state area.
