LINDSEY VONN WORLD CHAMPS SPEED SUIT: GARMISCH
This is the ORIGINAL Spyder downhill speedsuit worn by Lindsey Vonn on Sunday, Feb. 13, 2011 on the Garmisch-Partenkirchen women’s downhill course (Germany), winning the SILVER MEDAL at the Alpine World Skiing Championships. Lindsey finished 0.44 seconds behind Goergl, with German rival and good friend Maria Riesch 0.60 back in third.
The Spyder speedsuit, made in Switzerland (fuchsia, dark blue, yellow and white and yellow stars) is a unique item as it was specifically and only designed for Lindsey Vonn. It is made with Spyder 3M Thinsulate™ Insulation, it is in perfect conditition (used just for the downhill in Garmisch-Partenkirchen) shows all the US Ski Team lithographies and sponsors, it has been autographed by Lindsey Vonn in gold on the back of the left sholder; it comes with the Certificate of Authenticity produced and garanteed by the Lindsey Vonn Foundation.
