Amanda Adkins
A note from the artist:
“I wanted to create something fun and mysterious that would capture the attention of the young mind. Creating a piece inspired by Harry Potter’s Owl Wizarding system seemed to make perfect sense. In Harry Potter, owls are used as a means to deliver messages between individuals, much like we are doing with these lending—exchanging information to create a more knowledgeable community.”
Artist bio:
Artist Amanda Adkins describes her creative process as “purely emotional, providing a space for a different type of expression that words cannot convey.”
Often times combining oils and spray paint, her art depicts the unseen mysterious power of animals and mother nature living inside landscapes inspired by the Southwestern desert and visions from her dreams.
