In a 60-minute tour, you'll taste the pure flavor of cacao thanks to Claudio Corallo, an Italian-born agronomist who's made it his mission to produce the world's best chocolate -- and he thinks he's succeeded.  Claudio lives and grows his cocoa on the tiny island of Sao Tome e Principe -- west of equatorial Africa -- and he ships his single-estate grown organic chocolate directly and exclusively to Alegio Chocolaté, his stores in Berkeley and Palo Alto.
