Amid the pandemic, Copper Beech Institute has grown into a global online community of practice for 50,000 people from over 50 countries. A refuge of healing for an aching world, Copper Beech Institute has shared life-changing mindfulness skills with nearly 18,000 of the bravest members of our community, including veterans, people struggling with homelessness, survivors of trauma, incarcerated people, and the frontline professionals who support them.
