This Copper Ribbon Rose I have sent you for the auction is an organic sculpture with no two the same. This is handcrafted from sheet copper and steel (stem). Each petal is formed and curved, the rose evolves with each one taking on its own individual quirks and form. Here is more about the artist:                             I've always loved art, crafting and have always dabbled in something creative all my life. Recently I've taken the plunge to become a full time sculptor. It's been fun doing what I love but also very scary I've learnt so much and am excited to learn so much more. Creating is a passion and my ideas come from all over the place. I love to experiment and try new things and especially combine things that haven't been done before. I enjoy seeing my ideas come to life and especially enjoy working with a customer to make their idea a reality and create something they love and cherish or that can be a bespoke personal gift from the heart. I work in copper, bronze, steel/Iron, aluminium and pewter(tin). I mainly make flowers very often for birthdays, weddings and wedding anniversaries.
