 In 1948 Harry Snyder and his wife Esther opened a  tiny stand in Baldwin Park, California that become In-N-Out Burger. In the 1950s, the chain introduced its signature "Double-Double" burger, which features two beef patties, two slices of cheese, and a special sauce.  In-N-Out Burger has remained a family-owned and operated business, with a focus on quality and customer service.
