Hand Painted Star Bead Necklace by SheBee

This SheBee hand-painted star bead necklace is made of environmentally friendly frosted gray resin. There are Swarovski crystal rings between some of the stars for a little sparkle.  It measures 21" long.

Ann Spence learned how to make necklaces and jewelry as a child. While working as a writer and portrait painter, she continued to create pieces, only to discover increasing demand for her jewelry. She founded SheBee in 2011. Ann grew up in the metropolitan areas of New York, Chicago, London and Rome, surrounded and inspired by the high art of these cities. Her true love is folk art and the SheBee collection is a meeting point: where folk meets chic.

Why I donated: "I think donating to LIT is important because conditions in prisons are terrible and anything we can do to help makes a difference.  This is especially important for the youngest inmates who have lost their access to education.  If we must have prisons let them be rehabilitative."
