"Neon Dancing Man" by David Svenson
This fanciful "Dancing Man" sculpture by David Svenson is a striped figure in clear and opaque white mold blown glass formed out of neon and mounted on black wood plinth. David Svenson's creations primarily are experimentations with wood, glass and neon. Deeply influenced by his training in Northwest Coast Indian art and culture, the works are about crossing cultural boundaries by blending art with science and the natural world around us. Late twentieth century. Height: 25" total including pedestal.
