Galveston Island, Texas. Once in a while a lucky person finds a treasure along the beach. Conches are homes to crabs and lie on the bottom of the ocean. When a tidal wave or a strong current gets a hold of them they travel long distances and often get chaffed in the process. But once beached and deserted by any inhabitants they seem just to wait to be picked up by an appreicative soul.
