DeYoung Museum, San Francisco, CA - Herzog & deMeuron

This no longer available souvenir model of Herzog & deMeuron’s 2005 copper clad replacement of the original DeYoung Museum is cast and painted solid resin and represents the structure’s unusual folded geometries, overhanging roofs, and narrow interior courtyards including the much debated (and much shortened) torquing observation tower.
