"Come enjoy a relaxing stay at our vacation home on the Cape Cod Bike Trail near Nickerson State park and 15 mins walking distance to Linnell Landing Beach. The house has 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms (sleeps up to 12): 1 king bed, 1 twin day bed with pull out trundle, 1 queen bed, 1 full over twin bunk bed with twin trundle, 1 queen Murphy bed in the basement. All beds have comfortable memory foam mattresses. 

The kitchen has all of the necessities for a comfortable stay including a toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes, cups, and utensils. The large kitchen island has three barstools and plenty of space for everyone to gather around. Enjoy the company of family and friends in the open concept kitchen, living room and dining room with large deck. There is plenty of seating in the formal living room and the dining room has an extendable table that seats up to 10.

Enjoy all of the comforts of home with Samsung Smart TV and high speed internet access in the house. There is a one car attached garage with plenty of storage space for bikes and kayaks.

There is plenty of outdoor space to explore during your stay, even in the winter. Hike/bike the Cape Cod rail trail, Nickerson state park."
