Osso, which held its official opening night in February 2019, is a high-quality, inviting, pasture to plate restaurant focused on the flavors nature provides on the restaurant owners' (Scott and Tara Webster's) very own Flying W Farm. At Osso, the multi-course, seasonally changing menu offers freshness and quality on a nightly basis while giving guests an intimate setting in the heart of the farm itself. Seasonality, sustainability, and availability all play a role in the weekly menus. Items ranging from Roasted Aylesbury Duck, Grilled Wagyu Beef, Mangalitsa Chops, Ossabaw Charcuterie, and Aged Cheeses will be common sights on Chef Maggie Demko's unique, all-from-scratch menu offerings. With 48-hour advanced notice, Osso can accommodate vegetarian selections and certain dietary restrictions.
