Ladies & Gentlemen Salon and Spa surpasses all expectations when it comes to service! This year's donation is a 60 Minute Warm Stone Massage, Ladies or Men's haircut, and a basket of MANY Aveda products. Heat has long been used to ease muscle tension and pain. It helps increase blood flow to an affected area. It may also reduce muscle spasms and increase flexibility and range of motion. Cold therapy helps relieve inflammation. Depending on your symptoms, alternating hot and cold stones during your massage may be helpful. This gift certificate can be used at either the Mentor and Legacy Village locations and is valid from March 2018-March31, 2020.
