I took this photo on a trip though the Cascade Mountains in Oregon last summer. We had visited a number of strikingly beautiful places on that trip, but what struck me more than anything about the area was the sheer number of trees. As far as the eye could see there were trees. Ridge after ridge of endless, green trees. Amazing!
