Get away from it all for a night!  Leave the kids at home with Summers-Knoll’s very own Shan Cook.  While she plays with, feeds and gets the kids to bed, you will enjoy a quiet dinner for 2 at Cafe Zola or Zola Bistro.  Then head over to Weber’s Inn where your poolside room awaits.  Return around noon the next day refreshed and rested to kids who had a blast.
