This sampler package gives you a taste of the various offerings at Joy Studio.  The first item in this amazing package is 2 private or duet, integrative workouts, incorporating Pilates and the Gyrotonic method tailored to your needs and goals.  But your Sample of Joy is just beginning.  You will be treated to a 30-minute massage, one 30- minute infrared sauna session either alone or with a friend,  and to wrap it up one 30-minute private session on the Galileo.
