All reservations are subject to availability. No
blackout dates. Holiday fees will apply during
travel weeks within seven days of a holiday.
Redemption bookings should be requested a
minimum of 60 days in advance and within one
year of the charity event date. Travel should take
place within 18 months of the charity event date.
Extension options may be available for an
additional fee. Redemption voucher certificates
and/or booking codes should be handled with

care as they are the same as cash and non-
refundable. Estimated retail value is calculated
