Alexis was inspired to create this piece after attending Celebration Circle and hearing Hal Robinson speak for the first time. She was inspired as he spoke about feeling like a leaf in the wind, without any agency or traction to make choices of one's own.
This piece is a mixed media mosaic with metal leaf and glass gems adorning the edges of the piece. A tree with a "red path" trunk expands into deep roots filled with secret sparkles and bits of found objects. Pause and contemplate the wisdom of the tree as you help your brain slow down and realize where you're standing.

Shipping fees will be handled as a separate payment and an invoice will be sent for the shipping amount due. This will be determined once address is given and the altar is packed up for shipping.
