Yoshi’s opened its doors in 2001 and has been Utah’s local teriyaki joint ever since. Owner Eddee Johansen has a serious love for creating some of the most delicious food around. Our rice bowls take inspiration from Mexico, Japan, India, and many other parts of the world. Our food trucks are known for delicious tempura that we serve all over the Utah valley.
Describing what we do isn’t hard, but it definitely doesn’t do it justice. So come in, say hello and take one look and you will know what we are all about!
