All the dancers' favorite things! Each RDT dancer contributed something that they LOVE to this package, whether it's something they use in the studio, at home, or just for fun!

As a professional dancer and a mom, I am constantly in search of more ENERGY! For this reason, specialty diet soda drinks are my favorite guilty pleasure. Skip the line at all those expensive soda shacks and try to DIY. And remember, no alcohol doesn’t always mean no fun!!!

My favorite recipe:

“The JackAttack”

-One generous scoop of ice

-1 Tbsp sugar free French vanilla creamer

-1 pump of Torani Sugar Free coconut syrup

-Enough diet soda to fill up the rest of your glass

*Add ice to cup, then creamer and syrup. Fill with soda halfway. Use electric frother (or metal straw) to combine ingredients. Top off with more soda and enjoy!

ELLE: Wood cutting board

As an artist, I am always looking for ways to support other artists. Although my husband may not consider himself an “artist” he is quite the carpenter. As a congratulations gift when I was first hired with RDT he built me the most beautiful cedar bench for our house. His cutting boards are so beautiful and I hope you enjoy this one crafted with Walnut, Maple, and Purple Heartwood.

URSULA: A bottle of Ursula’s favorite wine!

When it comes to wine no one knows better than Ursula! She works for a wine broker when not at RDT so we trust this bottle is DELICIOUS!

I am so thankful that a place like Animalia has opened up in Salt Lake City. Animalia is a store that supports small businesses in an ethical and more sustainable way. When you enter the store, you’ll be greeted by the kindest workers who are ready to show you all of their amazing products that include alternatives to single-use items and a bulk refill station. I am trying to be more environmentally conscious and this store makes it accessible and affordable!

JON: Foot Roller

Something modern dancers love to do: roll around. This travel-size roller will fulfill all your foot-massaging needs, as well as other areas. Before or after a long day, give this gizmo a whirl.

KAREEM: Balsam and cedar candle

The smell of Balsam induces a feeling of relaxation, as well as provides anti-inflammatory properties. Cedar acts as an indoor deodorizer, can increase metal clarity, and ease tension.
