Started during the pandemic from his garage, Bonn Rassavong opened Doinks Burger Joint this past summer to critical acclaim. Bonn fuses his Asian roots with the all-American cheeseburger to the delight of early supporters who showed up socially distanced in his backyard while he and partner Pete Brown grilled burgers and sold out week after week.
