Rebeccah Brinton is a certified yoga teacher and has been on the path of yoga for 15 years. Her personal intention is to walk in balance through the continual practice of mindfulness. In her teaching, Rebeccah shares the wisdom of asana, pranayama and meditation, creating a complete practice accessible to all. Rebeccah believes yoga to be an integral part of a balanced and happy lifestyle and is excited to share this beautiful practice!

Vinyasa Flow-with Rebeccah Brinton
Vinyasa Yoga with Rebeccah Brinton is a diverse class devoted to exploration of the complete self. This class encourages the student to discover balance between body, mind and spirit in a safe and playful environment. Rebeccah's teaching style is creative and each class will take you through a complete physical experience including pranayama, contemplation, and chakra balancing. This class is taught at an intermediate level and will incorporate hands on assists.

All gift baskets and items (other than gift certificates/cards) will need to be picked up at Ferrisburgh Central School (FCS) in Ferrisburgh, VT during specified pickup days to ensure there is no disruption of the school day schedule. Anything not picked up by end of the school year (June 16) will be moved to another location and separate pickups can be arranged. All items must be picked up by June 30, 2017.
The winning bidders for gift certificates will have the option of having them mailed directly to an address provided, or can be picked up at FCS, if we are notified to hold them upon winning the item.
Anything noted as 18+ or 21+ will need to be bid on and picked up only by winners who meet those requirements.
