Better
Off Bread is a small European-style hearth bread bakery located on our
property in North Ferrisburgh, Vermont. All of our loaves are hand
formed, one at a time. We use pre-ferments in all of our doughs.
Either biga, poolish, pate, or a sour dough mother named "Betty" give
the bread the flavor that we look for.

All gift baskets and items (other than gift certificates/cards) will need to be picked up at Ferrisburgh Central School (FCS) in Ferrisburgh, VT during specified pickup days to ensure there is no disruption of the school day schedule. Anything not picked up by end of the school year (June 16) will be moved to another location and separate pickups can be arranged. All items must be picked up by June 30, 2017.
The winning bidders for gift certificates will have the option of having them mailed directly to an address provided, or can be picked up at FCS, if we are notified to hold them upon winning the item.
Anything noted as 18+ or 21+ will need to be bid on and picked up only by winners who meet those requirements.
