Volcan Earrings by Lady Faye (Katie Mills)
The Volcan Earrings capture the natural texture and detail of lava rock gathered on a hike up Volcan de Pacaya, Guatemala. The natural rock was hammered to shape and cast in bronze. Each rock measures approximately 3/8" in diameter and is soldered to a silver ear post that is secured with a silver ear nut.

Having grown up in the Wisconsin countryside, Katie Mills spent summer days trekking through the woods filling her pockets with collected treasures. Today you’ll discover vintage Czech glass buttons, sparkly stones and land and sea animal castings in her line — collections from her favorite modern day quests. Based out of her Chicago studio, Katie uses sterling silver, bronze and brass materials, designing each piece with a story in mind and a priority on craftsmanship. Lady Faye Jewelry’s evolving line is the product of country roots, urban living and a boundless pursuit of inspired adventures.
Winning bidders will be invoiced and directed to make payment within 5 days of auction close. Upon payment, items will be shipped to the recipient directly from the artist/manufacturer no later than November 15, 2015.
