The Mní Wičhóni Nakíčižiŋ Owáyawa, Defenders of the Water School, is serving the families in the Očhéthi Šakówiŋ Camp community. It is a resource school to help them homeschool their children. The children work on Lakota language and culture as well as core subjects while living in the water protectors camp. We are completely volunteer run.
