When you visit Kanki, you’ll be greeted by our friendly staff and seated at a large table surrounding one of our teppanyaki grills, or one of our bar area bistro tables.

Next, you’ll choose drinks, starters or sushi, and hibachi selections from our extensive menu. All teppanyaki dishes are made-to-order, using the freshest select ingredients, at the grill right in front of your eyes. Our chefs will prepare your hibachi chicken, steak, shrimp, salmon, scallops, lobster, or calamari along with rice and a selection of veggies.

In addition to being served the freshest, most delicious food, a big part of the fun is watching our chefs as they expertly chop, dice and cook your meal with the flip of a knife and a spatula, providing mealtime entertainment for your whole table to enjoy!
