Claudi Elwell, of FEEL QI NOW, will lead an one hour Qi Gong Class on Zoom for as many people as you want at a time that works for Claudi and your group.

Through Breath and Intention, we center and experience our Energy Field.  We practice to cultivate effortless energy, and a relaxed, loving peace.  Online classes can help get the practice consistent, since it does not depend on the time management and travel involved in taking an in-person class.  At this time of quarantine, it is the only option.  It is also a time when Qi Gong can help in keeping our immune system healthy in a healthy body.
