Machapuchare Alpenglow
Approximately 8 x 10 inch Photograph—Nepal, Annapurna Sanctuary: Machhapuchhre (Nepali for fishtail) resembles the twisted tail of a fish. This mountain abode is held sacred by both Buddhists and Hindus.
Don Perrault’s photographs in this auction were created while he was traveling in Nepal and Tibet between 2002-2004. His photographs are used to raise awareness for the people, culture, and landscapes in the region, and for financial support for non-profit initiatives across the globe. Don is honored to connect the people, culture, and landscapes of the Himalaya to the members of Natural Dharma Fellowship community to support Wonderwell.
