Reiki I Training
This item is for a spot in a one-day Reiki I training class with Grace Durfee at her training facility in North Andover, MA. Grace is a Usui Reiki Master Teacher and Professional Certified Coach.
In this one-day class, through a combination of teaching, discussion, and experiential practice you will:
路 hear the history of Reiki
路 learn the Reiki principles
路 explore the applications of Reiki
路 be introduced to the chakra energy system
路 be taught the standard hand positions
路 receive an attunement to open the channel to Reiki
路 learn how to give hands-on Reiki treatments to yourself and others
路 use Japanese Reiki techniques to facilitate the flow of Reiki
路 practice giving Reiki
